Xtra Mile Recordings are excited to introduce you to the latest addition in our ever-expanding family. Announcing, P. D. Liddle. A musician who will be well known to many already as the exceptionally talented vocalist and lyricist of Dry the River, Liddle will begin forging an exciting new path of his own through XMR.
We are delighted to unveil the first stepping stone of this journey: ‘You Shouldn’t
Have Called’ - a brand new track, which you can listen to here and now:
To commemorate the signing, P.D. Liddle will also be performing his debut solo live show (with some familiar band mates) at the Omeara, London on 13th April 2018. Tickets are on general sale on Friday 23 March. Book yours here: www.alttickets.com/p.d.-liddle- tickets
Peter Liddle made his name as frontman of much championed East London folk-rock band Dry the River. After almost a decade of making music together including the widely
acclaimed debut album ‘Shallow Bed’ (2012) and its equally accomplished follow-up ’Alarms In The Heart’ (2014), the band made the difficult decision to part ways in 2015.
Compelled to return to music, Liddle will continue to produce music under his own solo moniker - watch this space for further new music to come...
