Xtra Mile acts need your help! Two of our bands – the razor-riffed Counterfeit. and rum-folk-whirligig Skinny Lister – are up for the Best Live Act award in the AIM Independent Music Awards 2017.
How can you help? Well, simply visit the voting form and mark your vote against your preferred act. VOTE FOR BEST LIVE ACT.
They're up against some real heavy hitters (The National, The xx, The Flaming Lips, Jack Savoretti, Rick Astley (???)), and some incredibly impressive live acts (Stormzy, Dinosaur Jr., Mogwai, Tinariwen).

But if you've seen what Skinny Lister or Counterfeit. can do live, you know they deserve the top slot.

Voting closes on 27 June at 5pm with the five top nominees revealed on 2 August. Winners will be announced on 5 September.
